I am an Assistant Professor of Operations Management at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. My research uses stochastic simulation and optimization to support decision-making in healthcare settings. Before joining the Frankfurt School, I was a postdoctoral research fellow at the MGH Institute for Technology (ITA), Harvard Medical School. At the ITA, I worked on treatment and screening of thyroid and lung cancer, supervised by Carrie Cunningham, Jagpreet Chhatwal, and Scott Gazelle.

I received my Ph.D. in Operations Management from INSEAD in 2021 supervised by Prof. Stephen E. Chick. During my Ph.D. studies at INSEAD, I participated in the European Sepsis Academy (ESA), a European Union funded project. Through this project I collaborated in medical research at the Amsterdam University Medical Center and University of Athens. I received my undergraduate degree in applied mathematics and physics from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.

In the Research tab you will find links to my papers and conference presentations.
